You will play a key role in overseeing change management activities, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, analysed, and implemented with minimal disruption. You will function as the link between customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and classification societies, ensuring that all changes are managed effectively from initiation to completion.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"756\">Key Accountabilities<\/strong><br data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"759\" \/>In this role, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"1386\">\n<li data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"904\">Initiate, document, and oversee engineering changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"985\">Perform impact analyses and verify the appropriate change management levels.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1070\">Monitor progress, facilitate communication, and coordinate between stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1156\">Organize and lead Change Board meetings, documenting decisions and action points.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1253\">Develop and oversee change implementation plans, ensuring clear execution and communication.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1326\">Finalize and close out changes post-implementation and verification.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1386\">Provide support to the document control team as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1411\">Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><br data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1414\" \/>We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"2571\">\n<li data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1603\">Bachelor or Master degree, with a strong inclination towards administrative tasks in a complex technical environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1723\">A proactive and structured approach, with a drive to complete tasks efficiently and support colleagues effectively.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1782\">Expertise in naval engineering concepts and practices.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1860\">Solid knowledge of configuration management and change control processes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1959\">Experience in handling administrative tasks in a PDM system for complex products and projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2044\">The ability to manage and interpret data from multiple applications and sources.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2157\">Strong attention to detail, precision, discipline, social sensitivity, resilience, and customer orientation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2258\">Excellent command of both Dutch and English, with proficiency in German considered advantageous.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2339\">Excellent references, as a security screening is part of the hiring process.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2571\">Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required.
