Join us to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality, groundbreaking naval solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We need Engineering expertise in the following areas:<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"811\">Integration Engineer Interior or Outfitting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"1054\">\n<li data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"892\">Transform design concepts into technical specifications for naval vessels.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"989\">Oversee the engineering process, collaborate with suppliers, and maintain quality standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1054\">Drive innovation in naval engineering within a dynamic team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1080\">Technical Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1326\">\n<li data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1175\">Provide expert guidance and ensure regulatory compliance in naval shipbuilding projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1326\">Specialize in areas such as Smart Maintenance, Electrical Systems, Propulsion Systems, Vulnerability Reduction, or Preservation-Welding-Adhesives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1355\">Combat Systems Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1713\">\n<li data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1467\">Support the design, installation, verification, maintenance, and refits of advanced naval combat systems.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1560\">Work on above-water and underwater sensor systems, weapon, command, and control systems.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1713\">Contribute to the integration of these systems into a cohesive naval combat suite, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1756\">Electrical and\/or Automation Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"2056\">\n<li data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1862\">Design, review, and verify complex electrical and\/or automation systems for advanced naval vessels.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1960\">Contribute from the proposal phase to the launch, ensuring compliance with quality standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2056\">Collaborate with a talented team, manage vendors, and support the entire project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2097\">Integration Engineer Marine Systems<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2321\">\n<li data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2167\">Design and integrate complex marine systems into naval vessels.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2321\">Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless component integration and support the lifecycle of naval projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2356\">Systems Verification Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2636\">\n<li data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2542\">Ensure compliance with set requirements by establishing system requirements, linking documents, defining verification cases, and specifying test specifications for physical tests.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2636\">Oversee project deliverables and maintain the Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2679\">Functional Application Specialist 3DX<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2906\">\n<li data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2784\">Lead the development and design of engineering functionalities in the 3Dexperience (3DX) platform.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2906\">Drive efficiency and effectiveness across engineering processes, ensuring cutting-edge PLM technology implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In each of these areas, we are seeking professionals of all experience levels: (Junior) Engineers, Team Leads, Subcontract Managers, and Subdepartment Managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3072\" data-end=\"3095\">Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><br data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3098\" \/>If you want to join Damen Naval and shape the future of maritime technology, these are the key requirements:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3751\">\n<li data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3354\">Completed bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant technical domain.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3355\" data-end=\"3483\">Relevant experience in the area and seniority level you are applying for, preferably in shipbuilding or the maritime sector.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3563\">Good command of the English language;
