This role involves close collaboration with Project Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering. The primary objective is to establish, maintain, monitor, and, if necessary, adjust all relevant planning schedules in our ERP systems like IFS and Primavera for all newbuilding projects, ensuring alignment with the schedules of production yards and, where applicable, our partners and co-makers.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the role includes general support activities such as data and document management, requiring a proactive and solution-oriented approach.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"888\">Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1687\">\n<li data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1068\">Create a baseline planning for all project activities based on the master planning and hour budget in close contact with project managers, team leaders, and subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1157\">Develop integrated project plans and logistic schedules (work breakdown structures).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1208\">Maintain and analyze the operational planning.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1317\">Analyze and identify bottlenecks in the overall planning and develop and propose improvements\/solutions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1394\">Provide progress status overviews and prepare hour forecast information.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1466\">Prepare project information for multi-project planning (portfolio).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1605\">Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment\/workspace for maximum efficiency.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1687\">Provide timely and accurate planning-related responses to internal customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1715\">Who We Are Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a planner who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and grow.
