Using Salesforce to manage opportunities and pipeline, you\u2019ll play a strategic role in strengthening partnerships and accelerating performance across the distribution channel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Drive Strategy &amp; Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"475\">\n<li data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"316\">Own and execute the distribution strategy to accelerate bolting revenue growth across EMEA.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"475\">Identify priority markets, white-space opportunities, and channel expansion plays, using market insight to build a high-quality, conversion-driven pipeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Build &amp; Transform the Channel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"959\">\n<li data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"653\">Lead the transformation of the distribution network by converting competitive distributors and strengthening high-performing partnerships.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"820\">Partner with senior distributor leadership to develop joint business plans, incentive programs, and growth initiatives that maximise profitability for both sides.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"959\">Identify, engage, and develop relationships with strategic bolting end users to expand market reach and pull demand through the channel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lead Through Influence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1263\">\n<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1143\">Act as a strategic commercial partner to Commercial Directors, sharing insights, market intelligence, and best practices to elevate overall capability.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1263\">Mentor and influence sales teams, embedding a culture focused on distributor-led growth and long-term value creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Own Relationships &amp; Market Presence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1629\">\n<li data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1413\">Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key distributors and stakeholders across EMEA.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1542\">Stay close to customer and distributor needs, shaping tailored solutions that create mutual value and competitive advantage.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1629\">Position Enerpac\u2019s industrial bolting solutions as the go-to offering in the market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Execute with Commercial Discipline<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"2025\">\n<li data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1769\">Track performance, opportunities, and pipeline rigorously using Salesforce and other CRM tools.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1878\">Play an active role in the Enerpac Commercial Excellence Program, driving consistency and best practice.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"2025\">Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting aligned to EMEA objectives, continuously refining channel strategy to maximise impact and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Travel &amp; Market Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2215\">\n<li data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2215\">Travel frequently (up to 50%) across EMEA via air and vehicle to engage distributors, end users, and internal stakeholders, including international travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"141\" data-end=\"304\">Deep expertise in distribution and channel-led sales, with a proven track record of converting competitive accounts and driving sustainable revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"457\">Strong strategic planning and execution capability, ideally gained within industrial tools, mechanical, hydraulics, or electronics environments.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"587\">Solid complex sales experience, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, key accounts, and cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"758\">Commercially curious and adaptable, with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new industries and product portfolios &#8211; experience in Wind Power is a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"918\">Strong technical aptitude, comfortable operating in complex, engineered environments and leveraging Subject Matter Experts to shape customer solutions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1062\">Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, effective at all levels of an organisation and across cultures.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1160\">Highly results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset and appetite for innovation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1304\">Confident using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools to manage pipeline, reporting, and executive-level presentations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1445\">Demonstrates inspirational leadership, clarity under pressure, and the ability to prioritise effectively in fast-paced environments.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1570\">Change-oriented and pragmatic, able to foster collaboration, challenge constructively, and value diverse perspectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"142\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"144\" data-end=\"799\">\n<li data-start=\"144\" data-end=\"252\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"253\" data-end=\"358\">8+ years\u2019 experience in distribution-led sales, channel development, or partner management roles.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"455\">Background within industrial tools, mechanical, hydraulics, or electronics environments.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"598\">Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with proven success operating in an international, matrixed organisation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"721\">Confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce to support commercial decision-making.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"799\">Fluent in English;
