This role manages the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring accuracy, proactive communication, and outstanding service to OEM and distributor clients. It suits someone from an industrial or manufacturing background who enjoys autonomy, structure, and building trusted customer relationships. Working closely with colleagues in Germany and Poland within a collaborative regional team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the main customer contact and oversee the entire order process.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, follow up on, and manage quotations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain SalesForce and coordinate with internal\/external clients.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and follow up on leads with the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor order status, address customer complaints, and resolve credit issues with accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Customer Service Supervisor with reports and data.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate local marketing efforts and organize customer activities.<\/li>\n<li>Attend events to generate leads and set appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce safety rules and represent the company professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"2020\">3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a similar customer service or order management role; industrial\/manufacturing background preferred.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2054\">Technical affinity is a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2111\">Fluent in English\u00a0(oral and written).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2200\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both colleagues and customers.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2244\">Energetic, proactive, and professional.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2322\">Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2387\">Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2494\">Proficient in\u00a0Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary, performance incentives, and benefits package.<\/li>\n<li>Engagement with Employee Resource Groups which can provide leadership and networking opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Community Outreach programs embedded in the Company\u2019s culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re seeking a fluent French speaking Sales Operations Specialist, based in Zabierz\u00f3w, Poland, to support our customers across our French region.
