The Service Product Manager will identify new service opportunities, shape a strategic service roadmap, and ensure offerings are aligned with customer needs and market demand. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role supports service innovation, partnerships, and potential M&amp;A initiatives, while ensuring successful service launches and ongoing optimisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1880\"><strong data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1880\">Service development and expansion<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"2219\">\n<li data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"2021\">Identify, evaluate, and prioritise opportunities for new service offerings using market research, customer insights, and industry trends<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2112\">Develop service concepts that deliver commercial value and competitive differentiation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2219\">Build clear business cases outlining revenue potential, strategic alignment, and resource requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2264\"><strong data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2264\">Market development and partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2529\">\n<li data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2340\">Research new markets and adjacent opportunities for Hydratight services<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2445\">Identify and assess potential partnerships or acquisition opportunities aligned to growth objectives<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2529\">Support early-stage evaluation of value creation and integration considerations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2531\" data-end=\"2560\"><strong data-start=\"2535\" data-end=\"2560\">Roadmap and execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2796\">\n<li data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2641\">Develop and maintain a service roadmap covering development and market entry<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2713\">Define measurable milestones, timelines, and performance indicators<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2796\">Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to support effective delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2833\"><strong data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"2833\">Customer and market insight<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"2997\">\n<li data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"2910\">Gather and analyse Voice of Customer input to inform service development<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"2997\">Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3027\"><strong data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3027\">Service optimisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3028\" data-end=\"3143\">\n<li data-start=\"3028\" data-end=\"3143\">Support continuous improvement of existing services to ensure ongoing relevance, performance, and profitability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3181\"><strong>Collaboration and enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3353\">\n<li data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3272\">Work closely with commercial, operations, and product teams on go-to-market activities<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3273\" data-end=\"3353\">Contribute to training and enablement to support successful service launches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3355\" data-end=\"3369\"><strong>Travel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3370\" data-end=\"3520\">\n<li data-start=\"3370\" data-end=\"3520\">This role may involve travel of up to 50% across the EMEA region to support customer engagement, service development, and partnership activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3553\" data-end=\"3688\">Experience in service product management, business development, or commercial roles within Energy, Oil &amp; Gas, or related industries<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3689\" data-end=\"3784\">Demonstrated experience contributing to the development and launch of new service offerings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3785\" data-end=\"3872\">Strong analytical skills, including market assessment and business case development<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3873\" data-end=\"3971\">Experience supporting or evaluating partnerships, joint ventures, or acquisition opportunities<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3972\" data-end=\"4043\">Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4044\" data-end=\"4113\">Clear, structured communication and stakeholder engagement skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4114\" data-end=\"4184\">A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"142\"><strong>Education &amp;
