You will play a crucial role in managing risks, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with SHEQ procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"369\">Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"2380\">\n<li data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"537\">Risk Management: Perform risk management within contracts, including SHE and commercial aspects, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and demonstrably mitigated.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"682\">Strategy Development: Provide input for the development and implementation of the strategy for the project, both commercially and technically.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"832\">SHEQ Compliance: Ensure all work carried out within the contracts is in accordance with the company\u2019s SHEQ procedures and legislative requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"1074\">Project Execution: Ensure that the project work scope is executed in accordance with company-agreed processes and procedures, the contract, client procedures, relevant certifying authority requirements, legislation, and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1167\">Budget Management: Responsible for budgets and project expenditure (approving all spends).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1306\">Project Handover: Ensure successful commissioning, handover, and closeout of the project to the client and\/or operations as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1383\">KPIs: Deliver relevant KPIs within the project as specified by the client.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1480\">Resource Management: Manage the project personnel, ensuring the best utilisation of resources.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1627\">Promotion of N-Sea Services: Promote other N-Sea services that are relevant to the project and develop further business opportunities for N-Sea.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1743\">Project Objectives: Strive to achieve all predetermined project deliverables in a timely and high-quality manner.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1878\">Communication: Act as the main focal point and liaison between N-Sea and the client for all communication relating to their project.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1984\">Documentation: Review and approve all project documentation and ensure it is issued in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2237\">Subcontractor Management: Ensure that subcontractor personnel, such as ROV contractors, mobilisation contractors, etc., are available and effectively manage all plant and equipment requirements, ensuring the correct equipment for the job is supplied.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2380\">Policy Compliance: Ensure all project personnel are aware of and act in accordance with N-Sea policies, rules, regulations, and legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2400\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"3067\">\n<li data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2497\">Bachelor Degree in a suitable engineering discipline, project management, or business studies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2559\">Experience in a similar role within the oil and gas sector.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2628\">Proven project engineering experience in the engineering industry.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2749\">Working knowledge of offshore and inshore air\/nitrox diving activities, with experience with HSE, IMCA, and ADC rules.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2780\">Knowledge of ROV operations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2836\">Experience with offshore diving operations from DSVs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2883\">Understanding of DSV vessel charter parties.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2884\" data-end=\"2962\">Knowledge of risks associated with various diving work scopes and locations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3046\">Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3067\">Computer literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3069\" data-end=\"3086\">What we
