You will lead a multidisciplinary team, safeguard safety and compliance, and ensure asset availability to support successful project execution. Join us and be part of a company that values innovation, responsibility, and professional growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"927\">Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"2283\">\n<li data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"1021\">Lead the safe, compliant, and efficient management of all ROV assets under N-Sea control.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1156\">Oversee maintenance and repair (M&amp;R) activities, ensuring assets meet legislation, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1249\">Implement and monitor M&amp;R protocols, documentation, and preventive maintenance planning.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1336\">Ensure availability of spare parts, tooling, and consumables for ongoing projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1450\">Lead and mentor asset coordinators, ROV technicians, superintendents, supervisors, and pilot\/techs worldwide.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1529\">Coordinate crew selection, competency requirements, and development plans.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1635\">Maintain strong relationships with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and support departments.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1745\">Establish, manage, and forecast M&amp;R and CAPEX budgets, including purchase orders and supplier agreements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1843\">Drive SHE-Q compliance with the objective of zero harm to people, environment, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1931\">Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and follow-up on corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2007\">Lead incident reporting, investigation, and non-conformance management.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2095\">Arrange and follow up on FMECA processes, system audits, and equipment inspections.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2184\">Contribute to tenders with asset capability input and review technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2283\">Support lessons learned, continuous improvement, and training initiatives for technical staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2303\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2891\">\n<li data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2372\">Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent through professional experience.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2373\" data-end=\"2441\">Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in the offshore subsea industry.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2525\">At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in a technical environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2623\">Proven experience in maintenance and repair of ROV assets and specialized offshore equipment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2624\" data-end=\"2683\">Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2736\">Excellent reporting and communication abilities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2787\">Proficient in English at a professional level.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2891\">Familiarity with industry standards, legislation, and management systems related to ROV operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"2910\">What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"3256\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"2960\">A dynamic and collaborative work environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2961\" data-end=\"3049\">Opportunities for professional growth, technical development, and leadership impact.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3050\" data-end=\"3094\">Competitive salary and benefits package.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3179\">The chance to contribute to safe, innovative, and sustainable subsea operations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3180\" data-end=\"3256\" data-is-last-node=\"\">A supportive culture that values responsibility, excellence, and teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an experienced leader with a strong technical background in offshore ROV operations and asset management?
