This means moving from analysis to action, building routines that make progress tangible and sustainable.<\/p>\n<p>As Project Manager, you will take ownership of key initiatives, ensure continuity, and create impact from day one. You will proactively shape and refine our Talent Management agenda, bringing forward your own ideas and translating them into measurable results.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"735\">What you will be working on<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"1499\">\n<li data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"871\">Optimize and implement our talent management framework &amp; tools, including clear RACI\u2019s, guidelines, materials, and communication<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"963\">Integrate talent and development processes within our existing HR systems and processes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1048\">Build a strong talent pipeline and support succession planning up to board level<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1128\">Develop Talent Development initiatives based on the 70-20-10 learning model<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1202\">Draw conclusions from data analysis to develop targeted interventions<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1260\">Establish metrics to measure impact and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1352\">Increase visibility and accessibility of Learning &amp; Development across the organization<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1407\">Create a blueprint for the People Development Team<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1499\">Ensure that we move from analysis to action \u2013 turning talent development into a routine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1532\">Key ingredients for success<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1803\">\n<li data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1599\">Proven experience as a project manager in Talent Management<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1664\">Track record in implementing talent tools and driving change<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1803\">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with deep understanding of performance, leadership, and succession development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1831\">Your future colleagues<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with, and report to, our Manager Learning, Culture &amp; Organization, HR Business Partners, and HR colleagues across Talent &amp; People Development.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2034\">Your Foundation for Success<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We value people who see opportunities where others see obstacles, take initiative, and steer their development with intention.
