You are responsible for the full lifecycle management of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions\u2014from design and implementation to daily operations and continuous improvement. This includes Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Defender.You work in an international environment supporting colleagues in the Netherlands, Singapore, Czech Republic, China, Brazil and the US. Together with your team, you ensure a seamless digital workplace experience for all users worldwide.The role is based in Rotterdam (hybrid), for 32\u201340 hours per week, and requires English and Dutch proficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we expect of you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We expect you to act as a technical expert within the modern workplace domain and take ownership of the full lifecycle management of Microsoft-based workplace solutions. You ensure the digital environment is secure, stable and user-friendly across all global regions.You play a key role in designing and building new solutions, optimizing existing services, providing third-line support, driving automation, improving security and compliance and ensuring standardization based on CIS Controls and Microsoft best practices.You collaborate with vendors, contribute to international IT projects and mentor your colleagues where needed.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build and manage Microsoft-based workplace solutions<\/li>\n<li>Manage Windows 11 devices using Intune, Autopilot and update policies<br \/>\nConfigure Microsoft 365 tenant settings (licenses, identities, domains, conditional access)<\/li>\n<li>Perform tenant hardening and implement improvements using Microsoft Secure Score and CIS Controls<\/li>\n<li>Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and compliance policies via Microsoft Purview<\/li>\n<li>Configure and maintain SharePoint Online (permissions, sites, governance, data classification)<\/li>\n<li>Use PowerShell scripting for automation and management<\/li>\n<li>Support internal projects, pilots and technology rollouts<\/li>\n<li>Provide third-line support and mentor team members<\/li>\n<li>Document procedures, root cause analyses and technical design decisions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with vendors and global IT teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wondering if you are &#8216;equipped for impact&#8217;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role gives you the opportunity to make a global impact on the digital workplace.
