As a Tender &amp; Concepts Engineer you are responsible for developing the designs for our equipment for tenders or product development. You become part of a team where innovation, technical understanding, creativity, quality, and flexibility are key to meet our company goals. The projects you work for are characterised by a multidisciplinary approach within a relatively short duration, which results in a dynamic design environment.<\/p>\n<p>Our newly developed technologies are verified by modelling, scale testing in cooperation with our Research and Development team. Your work focuses not only on technical aspects but spans the entirety of the project, to include project-planning, installation and test programming.<\/p>\n<p>This means you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating to discuss the client\u2019s functional requirements in detail and translating them into an appropriate value proposition with corresponding concept designs and specifications;<\/li>\n<li>Creating winning innovative designs;<\/li>\n<li>Paying close attention and having an oversight of costings to einsure designs stay within the client\u2019s budget;<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up the tender documents in close collaboration with the Legal, Project Management and Supply Chain departments;<\/li>\n<li>Visiting clients together with senior Tender and Concepts Engineers and regional Sales Managers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wondering if you are &#8216;equipped for impact&#8217;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible and creative;<\/li>\n<li>Client-oriented and focused;<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and persuasive;<\/li>\n<li>Practical and punctual;<\/li>\n<li>A result driven team player;<\/li>\n<li>Not afraid to bear responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Creative, you are an out of the box thinker;<\/li>\n<li>Used to work under pressure;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"vacancies__text\"><strong>Some practical things we need you to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"rich-text-area vacancies-show__text-content\">You have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master or Bachelor&#8217;s in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar role.
