This role involves managing warehouse operations for both local and international projects, ensuring technicians have timely access to materials, parts, and tools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"u-mb-1 u-pt-4\"><strong>Function description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Warehouse Operator (Storekeeper) is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse activities on-site and at the central location in Beverwijk. The position focuses on accurate inventory control, timely material availability, and smooth coordination with technicians and project teams. Key responsibilities include:<strong>Warehouse Management &amp; Logistics Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, inspect, register, and store incoming goods.<\/li>\n<li>Issue materials, parts, and tools to technicians.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and dispatch shipments, including order picking.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and place timely replenishment orders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure frequently used items are consistently available.<\/li>\n<li>Operate forklifts or pallet trucks for internal transport.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain mobile workshops or project containers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Safety, Quality &amp; Order<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (HSEQ).<\/li>\n<li>Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Report unsafe situations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in toolbox meetings and safety rounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Support &amp; Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate closely with technicians regarding material usage and planning.<\/li>\n<li>Align priorities with the Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Work with logistics and purchasing teams to optimize processes.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest improvements for warehouse layout and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Control &amp; Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory checks.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect tools, PPE, and equipment as per schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inspection and maintenance documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report material or equipment damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate must already reside in the Netherlands, live within commuting distance of Beverwijk, and hold a valid work permit or EU citizenship (visa sponsorship is not available).<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-solutions-single-job-jouw-verantwoordelijkheden\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must\u00a0<strong>already live in the Netherlands<\/strong>\u00a0and be able to\u00a0<strong>commute to Beverwijk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Valid work residency permit or\u00a0<strong>EU citizenship<\/strong>\u00a0(visa sponsorship is not provided).<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and inventory management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate forklifts and pallet trucks (certification preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with safety and quality standards (HSEQ).<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work on-site and at the central warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Basic IT skills for inventory system updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a Warehouse Operator (Storekeeper) to join our client\u2019s team in\u00a0Beverwijk, The Netherlands.
