In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for safety, quality, timeline, and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards \u2014 with no surprises for the customer.You will work closely with Field teams, Planning, Operations, Sales, Finance, and customers to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage projects end-to-end, from purchase order to final report and customer sign-off.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main customer contact during project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate daily with Field, Planning, FSM, and MRO teams to ensure execution readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Own project schedules, risks, and reporting using project management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and margin protection.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance documentation is in place before execution.<\/li>\n<li>Drive project closeout and lessons learned within 10 days after completion.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing end-to-end projects in operational, technical, or field-based environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of project financials, cost tracking, and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and manage risks proactively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Good to have skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in wind, renewable energy, or industrial services<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with safety and quality documentation (RAMS, permits, QC reports)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with international field teams or subcontractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-benefits-title\" data-ui=\"job-benefits\">We believe great work starts with feeling valued and supported.
