This role is key to ensuring accurate inventory, smooth material flow, and timely support for Production, R&amp;D, MRO, and other departments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely material availability across departments.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering high performance, accountability, and teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.<\/li>\n<li>Manage obsolete and slow-moving stock by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and coordinating disposal or repurposing.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement warehouse processes, workflows, and KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and used safely.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations and internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives including\u00a0<strong>5S, Lean<\/strong>, and inventory optimization projects.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present regular reports for management (inventory accuracy, stock levels, dead stock, performance indicators).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with dead stock, slow-moving inventory analysis, or inventory optimization strategies is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP (Monitor G5).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of lean principles, 5S methodology, or continuous improvement tools is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of Latvian and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-benefits-title\" data-ui=\"job-benefits\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-benefits-title\" data-ui=\"job-benefits\">We believe great work starts with feeling valued and supported.
