Our robots perform inspection, maintenance, and repair services on thousands of turbines worldwide, generating one of the largest wind asset datasets in the industry.Our\u00a0<strong>Enterprise Customer Experience team<\/strong>\u00a0turns this data into insight and foresight \u2014 giving customers a transparent, intelligent view of their fleet\u2019s health and empowering them to shift from reactive to preventive maintenance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a\u00a0<strong>Senior Product Manager<\/strong>\u00a0to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the\u00a0<strong>Aerones predictive maintenance and workorder execution digital solution<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 the core interface through which global wind asset owners, operators, and OEMs experience Aerones.You\u2019ll shape how our enterprise customers see, understand, and act on turbine health data \u2014 transforming millions of inspection and repair data points into predictive intelligence and clear business decisions.This is a rare opportunity to build a customer-facing platform that will redefine how the wind industry manages risk, performance, and lifetime value of assets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Own<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Define and execute<\/strong>\u00a0the multi-year product strategy for the Aerones Client Portal a.k.a. Wind Turbine Performance Hub ecosystem \u2014 including inspection data visualization, workorder workflows, and predictive maintenance intelligence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partner with enterprise clients<\/strong>\u00a0(OEMs, operators, asset managers) to deeply understand their decision workflows, and turn those insights into powerful, intuitive digital experiences.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lead the evolution<\/strong>\u00a0of the Wind Turbine Performance Hub \u2014 from inspection review to actionable risk forecasting and repair prioritization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connect data and decisions<\/strong>\u00a0by integrating inspection, repair, and sensor data into coherent fleet-level analytics and ROI forecasting tools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design for trust and clarity<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 build reporting, benchmarking, and collaboration features that become a daily part of our clients\u2019 operational rhythm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally<\/strong>\u00a0with engineering, data, design, and service product teams to align on shared outcomes and deliver measurable impact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establish clear impact
