The successful applicant will be a key member of the Engineering Team with responsibility for providing technical support to Manufacturing Operations for electrical\/electronic assemblies, PCBAs and subsystems and leading root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions for production issues.<\/p>\n<p>As a key member of the team, you will be part of a highly innovative, multidisciplinary Engineering group working on complex problems to serve the needs of laboratories of any size \u2013 today and tomorrow.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Provide technical support to manufacturing operations for electrical\/electronic assemblies, PCBs, and embedded systems.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability<\/li>\n<li>Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production issues.<\/li>\n<li>Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in process validation (IQ\/OQ\/PQ) for electrical manufacturing processes<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment, fixtures, and automated test systems used in production.<\/li>\n<li>It would be advantageous to have the following experience\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM)<\/li>\n<li>PCB design experience with a good understanding of design concepts and component selection<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of power electronics, cabling routing and how to integrate into a complex instrument<\/li>\n<li>Control systems engineering knowledge (Tuning motors, PID control, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of EMC, and methods to eliminate electronic interference<\/li>\n<li>Ability to utilize different design packages (e.g., Mentor Graphics, Eagle, Altium, Proteus, OrCAD etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Verification and Validation experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: 700 !important;\">Requirements to succeed in this role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Consideration will also be given to individuals with alternative degrees if balanced by relevant technical experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in electrical\/electronic engineering, preferably in the medical device industry or other regulated manufacturing environments.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with component-level diagnostics tools (oscilloscopes, curve tracers, X-ray\/CT for PCBA analysis).<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in problem-solving and root cause analysis in production settings<\/li>\n<li>Track record in supplier collaboration and component lifecycle management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>An excellent team player who knows how to work in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company with over 170 years of experience and\u00a018,000 patents.\u00a0More than 72,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries are driven to shape the&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_company_name":"Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co.
