From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Customer Service Project Manager, your mission will be to lead large-scale projects or manage multiple smaller initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables meet the defined scope and budget. You will work closely with clients, acting as their main point of contact, while coordinating with internal departments to guarantee seamless project execution. You\u2019ll be responsible for organizing project activities, maintaining timelines, and providing regular status updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your main activities will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all aspects of customer service projects in the conventional and alternative electricity market across private, public, industrial, tertiary, and residential sectors, including maintenance of electrical breakers\/switchgears and retrofitting\/revamping of electrical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Define the project workload plan, monitor progress against scope and deliverables, and develop a detailed project plan to track performance using appropriate tools and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and control all project dimensions\u2014time, EHS, cost, quality, risks, change requests, and claims\u2014ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria, laws, regulations, and internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication and coordination among internal stakeholders (Order Manager, FSR Manager, Planner, etc.) and report project status to management when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, vendors, and factories (e.g., MV\/LV switchgears, vacuum circuit breakers), including gathering detailed briefs and clarifying project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure customer acceptance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical High School Diploma and\/or Engineering University Degree (Electrical or Mechanical), with experience in managing maintenance, retrofit, and revamping projects.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools (MS Excel, MS Project), with ability to track forecasts (Sales, Book to Bill, GM) and improve project profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on timely project completion, compliance with safety and statutory requirements, and achieving high customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship skills, including negotiation and conflict management, with a mindset oriented to customer perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to anticipate deviations, manage risks, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain effective collaboration across functions and businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Passion to never-stop growing<\/li>\n<li>Respect and appreciation of each person\u2019s uniqueness, willingness to co create and\u00a0\u00a0share knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English and Italian<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility to work in Italy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What we offer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.<\/li>\n<li>Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.<\/li>\n<li>Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys<\/li>\n<li>An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a\u00a0Customer Service Project Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification And Automation area.
