This role is central to ensuring that the significant process, system, and organisational changes introduced through our lead\u2011to\u2011cash, CRM, ERP, and data modernisation workstreams are effectively understood, embraced, and embedded across the business.<\/p>\n<p>The Change Manager will work closely with the Programme Manager, senior leaders, business units, and technical teams to develop and execute a clear and comprehensive change strategy. You will take ownership of all change\u2011related communications, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, training strategies, and adoption measures. You will also represent technology and system\u2011driven changes at governance forums, including Change Advisory Boards (CAB), ensuring alignment between technical decisions and business readiness.<\/p>\n<p>This is a high\u2011visibility, business\u2011facing role offering the opportunity to shape how Aurora evolves and scales. You will help to embed new ways of working, improve cross\u2011functional consistency, and support teams globally through major process and system transformation. Your work will directly influence the success of one of Aurora\u2019s most strategic programmes.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and can hit the ground running. This is a chance to have a significant impact an organisation where individuals thrive on change and to work within an innovative and growing SME.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Change Strategy &amp; Planning:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to the programme\u2019s roadmap, including adoption objectives, timelines, and success measures<\/li>\n<li>Conduct organisation\u2011wide change impact assessments, identifying who is affected, how, and what support is required for successful transition<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with workstream leads to ensure change considerations are embedded early in process and system design decisions<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with external partners to ensure extent of change is clearly understood and expectations are aligned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communication &amp; Stakeholder Engagement:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication plans that articulate the purpose, progress, and value of the programme to all levels of the business<\/li>\n<li>Produce high\u2011quality written and visual communication materials including announcements, FAQs, leadership briefings, and intranet content<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate stakeholder workshops, drop\u2011in sessions, listening groups, and adoption check\u2011ins across global teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training &amp; Adoption Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop training needs analyses and coordinate the creation of learning materials, guides, and support documentation for new processes and systems<\/li>\n<li>Work with subject matter experts to deliver role\u2011specific or team\u2011specific training where required<\/li>\n<li>Track adoption metrics and feedback to help identify areas needing reinforcement or additional support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Governance &amp; Change Control:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the business impact of system and process changes at Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and other governance forums, advocating for appropriate sequencing, risk mitigation, and readiness<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all technical and functional changes are accompanied by clear communication, training plans, and stakeholder alignment<\/li>\n<li>Support the Programme Manager in preparing operational readiness documentation and transition\u2011to\u2011BAU plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Readiness &amp; Continuous Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with teams across regions to ensure they are prepared for upcoming changes and understand the value of new processes and systems<\/li>\n<li>Identify resistance, risks, or barriers to adoption early and develop mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Collect feedback from impacted teams and incorporate learnings to continuously improve change approaches throughout the programme lifecycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience delivering business\u2011wide change management within technology enabled transformation programmes<\/li>\n<li>Strong capability in developing structured change management artefacts such as impact assessments, communication plans, training strategies, and readiness checklists<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, business\u2011friendly language<\/li>\n<li>Confident working with senior stakeholders and facilitating cross\u2011functional engagement<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple streams of work, and meet deadlines in a fast\u2011paced environment<\/li>\n<li>High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a strong focus on people\u2011centred change<\/li>\n<li>Experience of enterprise governance processes and change control frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG, ACMP)<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing change in organisations undergoing rapid growth or operating across multiple geographies<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM\/ERP transformation programmes, particularly Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Finance &amp;
