We welcome applicants that wish to work on a part time basis 3\/4 days a week would be considered. The role will require some UK travel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting and negotiating of all commercial contracts with customers (wind OM, solar PV O&amp;M, asset management, revamping and construction, ad hoc work and services) and the company\u2019s subcontractors and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Management of all legal matters arising under the company\u2019s commercial contracts<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with all legal and compliance matters in tender processes<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all administration in relation to contract management and negotiating<\/li>\n<li>Generally ensuring the legal rigour of all contracts, T&amp;Cs, and general commercial arrangements of the company<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper contract management and legal record-keeping<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for ensuring corporate house-keeping matters are correctly attended to and kept up to date<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for ensuring compliance with BayWa r.e. group corporate governance requirements for the company, and delivering the required BayWa r.e. group legal and compliance reporting for the entity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable law and regulations pertaining the entity\u2019s on-going operations<\/li>\n<li>Provide internal legal support to the entity\u2019s back-office functions<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for the role of Data Protection Officer on behalf of the company<\/li>\n<li>Support with risk management, including compilation and consolidation of known legal risks in the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll need to succeed<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified solicitor in England &amp; Wales; several years PQE.
