You are responsible for supply, planning, and logistics to optimize production flows in line with the objectives set by the Plant Manager.\u00a0 Your key responsabilities are :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quality \u2013 Safety \u2013 Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and workplace regulations, procedures, and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Contribute to defining and implementing Safety and Quality action plans.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Support the achievement of Safety and Quality KPIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supply Management (Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Products, Packaging)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Supervise the supply of raw materials, semi-finished products, and packaging according to production needs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Drive continuous improvement of supply processes to optimize stock levels.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Strengthen supplier relationships and service quality (Quality, On-Time Delivery, Consignment, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Manage unloading, storage, and delivery of materials to the workshop.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Ensure compliance with Quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Oversee procurement of metals (Aluminium and Copper) in line with group rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inventory Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Organize and supervise inventories in compliance with procedures.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Act as a driving force for improving inventory processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Logistics Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Manage all documentation related to logistics administration.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Support CGP on flows, data, and documents.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Oversee transport activities for Buizingen and Elouges sites (excluding purchasing).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Manage drum handling and logistics center operations.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Ensure customer excellence across all Supply Chain aspects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Planning &amp; S&amp;OP (Sales &amp; Operations Planning)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Define site capacity forecasts with the Plant Manager.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Lead the monthly S&amp;OP process, propose scenarios, and ensure implementation of decisions<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 to balance workload and capacity.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Align S&amp;OP with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for proper execution.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Confirm lead times to Sales and internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Monitor daily execution of the MPS to meet customer deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Implement corrective actions in case of delays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Budget Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Prepare the Supply Chain department budget.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Ensure cost control within the scope of responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile &amp; Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Industrial Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and 3 years in management.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Fluent in French, English, and Dutch.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Strong knowledge of Supply Chain tools and MRP2 model.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Technical understanding of products and industrial equipment.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Proficiency in IT tools and SAP.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Leadership, negotiation, and change management skills.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Customer and results-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Strong decision-making and project management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Ability to work collaboratively in teams and networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As\u00a0Supply Chain Manager, You lead the Logistics Department at the Buizingen plant.
