You will define, implement, and monitor quality frameworks while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Your impact will be visible across operations, from product specifications and audits to employee engagement and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you make an impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, implement, and enforce company quality standards, policies, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and improve quality performance through audits, data analysis, and corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, including risk and hazard analysis<\/li>\n<li>Validate quality processes by defining product specifications and quality attributes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage quality documentation, reports, and compliance records<\/li>\n<li>Train, mentor, and motivate teams to embed a strong quality mindset across the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your starting points when you join<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Associate degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum\u00a0<strong>5 years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in a quality management or assurance role<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At\u00a0Nexans, quality is not just a function \u2014 it is a core value that underpins customer trust, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
