Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributes to Business Strategy of the site and deploys the HR Strategy &amp; HR Annual Plan<\/li>\n<li>Designs and implements site HR Organization, act as a leader\/manager for the HR department<\/li>\n<li>Develops, coordinates, implements and ensures annual Site HR Roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Communicates and leads the change management\u2019s actions to support the Site Vision<\/li>\n<li>Follows the HR KPIs (absenteeism, overtime, total cost of employment\u2026) and ensures the right level of performance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the people matters during business transformation (financial, organizational, social and legal, people impact analysis), defines action plan and acts as facilitator \/ communicate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Talent Supply \/ Staffing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, adapt and implement sourcing strategy and practices in line with Group Policies and Group decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage job descriptions and support managers in developing them<\/li>\n<li>Lead the yearly recruitment plan<\/li>\n<li>Launch the required staffing needs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate validation of open position requests<\/li>\n<li>Lead candidate interviews, propose short list and support site managers in the final selection<\/li>\n<li>Define &amp; negotiate the pay package for new hires, and coordinate contract management<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement induction process and ensure the follow up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance Management and Compensation &amp; Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate, and deploy the performance management process in line with Group Policies (performance appraisal, mid-year review,&#8230;) and coach Managers accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and follow up the objectives setting and cascading process, ensuring they are aligned<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and follow up the yearly salary reviews in line with performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the yearly C&amp;B budget is respected.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the (Group) job grading for all positions (Group and sector compliance).<\/li>\n<li>Define Comp &amp; Ben structure according to Group policy &amp; market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Talent Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead local SPID-process<\/li>\n<li>Deploy competence models, coordinate and follow up the competencies\/skills gap analysis for the site (competence management)<\/li>\n<li>Define and implement the training &amp; development process, organize trainings<\/li>\n<li>Support managers in the individual development interview process, ensure that all employees have an appropriate development plan and follow their realization<\/li>\n<li>Coach\/support the managers in people management and advise them in all people related matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment, Employment Relationship &amp; Payroll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the compliance with social and legal legislation<\/li>\n<li>Develop &amp; ensure standards and guidelines for personnel administration, time Management &amp; Payroll<\/li>\n<li>Give technical advice to complex payroll issues and execute complex payroll issues &amp; calculations<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement the benefits &amp; Pension Administration approach &amp; guidelines in line with Group Policies<\/li>\n<li>Deploy HRIS within the plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comply with Group and legal Rules and procedures:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respect and implement Group rules and procedures regarding Ethics, antitrust, and internal control procedures; related to the perimeter. Respect the action plan and timeline concerning the ethics program of the Group and take the lead in organizing and following up the trainings and certificates<\/li>\n<li>Respect the rules regarding Health, Safety &amp; environment. Lead the wellbeing-program of the company together with the H&amp;S Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Country Coordination responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Policies and local legislation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that Nexans HR policies, standards, governance and control processes are implemented in the country<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with country legislation for HR topics<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, update and ensure visibility of HR policies, practice and relevant legislation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that country specific actions are implemented and followed up for leave and time management, absence management, payroll transition, internal policies, training policies, thank you awards etc.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on social climate on the sites within the country and ensure that actions are in compliance with social and legal legislation<\/li>\n<li>Handling grievance procedures for the county<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the business conduct guidelines are implemented in the country (Competition Law Compliance, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, any other relevant guideline)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits includes, but are not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee implementation of reward strategy, including: salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and ensure implementation and follow up of all matters relating to internal mobility. This will include knowledge of immigration, expatriate taxation and mobility practices<\/li>\n<li>Implementing relevant and intuitive compensation schemes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in economics, psychology, law, preferably with extra degree in HRM or comparable qualification<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of German labour law and social legislation<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge software package: MS-Office, Infoniqa or other payrolling system, GFOS or other time accounting<\/li>\n<li>Fluent written and spoken skills in German and English<\/li>\n<li>At least 7 years of experience in HR (industrial company)<\/li>\n<li>Business oriented<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Coaching skills<\/li>\n<li>Exposure within an International business<\/li>\n<li>Managerial skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive projects and achieve results in a matric organisation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess\/develop people<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication &amp;
