You contribute your expertise to product development and support the implementation of innovative solutions for safe and efficient processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUR TASKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Act as technical representative for Installation &amp; Commissioning in product development and collaborate closely with regional teams<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate all technical requirements from different internal Nordex teams (O2 team, supervision, commissioning and regions) into a clear deliverable<\/li>\n<li>Ensure technical compliance with these requirements throughout the product development process<\/li>\n<li>Provide electrical expertise during development, prototype and installation phases for new products, tools or processes<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the simultaneous engineering team meetings as key stakeholder from installation and commissioning and coordinate relevant technical contributors<\/li>\n<li>Manage prototype coordination, interior and mock-up tests on site as I&amp;C focal point<\/li>\n<li>Analyze findings from prototypes and track implementation of technical improvements<\/li>\n<li>Develop new technical solutions to optimize installation and commissioning technologies and enable cost-reduction initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>YOUR PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3\u20135 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in technical development projects; site management experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CAD-PLM systems (Teamcenter, AutoCAD), MS Office, MS Project and SAP<\/li>\n<li>Structured, process- and solution-oriented working style with ability to collaborate in international teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and fluent English, spoken and written<\/li>\n<li>Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese or German) are an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As\u00a0Technology Manager Installation &amp; Commissioning (m\/f\/d), you ensure that new wind turbine developments meet the technical requirements for installation and commissioning (I&amp;C).
