the way to final order completion<\/li>\n<li>Providing friendly, helpful customer support and building strong, positive relationships<\/li>\n<li>Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) in collaboration with our Procurement team<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing components and preparing clear, accurate offers for our customers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating Return Material Authorization (RMA) cases together with the Supply Chain team<\/li>\n<li>Preparing documents needed for invoicing and making sure everything is correct and complete<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the team with general administrative tasks whenever needed<\/li>\n<li>Keeping our ERP and CRM systems up to date with accurate information<\/li>\n<li>Making sure all processes follow company policies and industry standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_JobOfferDetails1_lblJobOfferRequiredSkills\" class=\"Title\">Required skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English and Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level<\/li>\n<li>Experience or background in sales\/procurement\/supply chain<\/li>\n<li>Category B driving license<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of industrial components<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to make fast, informed decisions under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility \u2014 while the role is based on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to
