Are you the new specialist on our team?
\nSourcing Manager\/Coordinator acts as the operations lead in projects, ensuring on-time delivery from all disciplines within the Operations team. You will be an integral member of the project core team, actively reporting on progress, coordinating tasks, and participating in problem-solving to keep projects on track and within scope.<\/p><\/div>\n

Duties<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Manage fabrication activities within agreed budget and timeline<\/li>\n
  • Manage the operations production plan and lead the Operations core team within projects<\/li>\n
  • Act as operations lead in projects, ensuring on-time delivery across all involved disciplines<\/li>\n
  • Report project progress and coordinate tasks within the project core team<\/li>\n
  • Actively participate in problem-solving to keep projects on track and within scope<\/li>\n

    Required skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Relevant experience in sourcing, production, or supplier management<\/li>\n
    • Industry knowledge is an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Experience with contracting and negotiations<\/li>\n
    • Experience in project management and planning<\/li>\n
    • Analytical and structured working approach<\/li>\n
    • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset<\/li>\n
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement<\/li>\n
    • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team<\/li>\n
    • Very good English and Polish skills (minimum B2 level)<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
