The role combines technical leadership, product strategy, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, production, sales, service, and supply chain. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through production, service support, and phase-out.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_JobOfferDetails1_lblJobOfferDuties\" class=\"Title\">Duties<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team of engineering specialists and act as the main interface between engineering, production, sales, and service<\/li>\n<li>Manage the hydraulic deck crane portfolio and oversee the full product lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy<\/li>\n<li>Lead new crane calculations, design, and engineering change<\/li>\n<li>Identify new product development opportunities and monitor market and competitor trends<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement activities<\/li>\n<li>Support sales with technical proposals and cost estimations<\/li>\n<li>Drive standardization of crane products, components, and safety functions<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate with supply chain, procurement, and service teams, including aftermarket support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong><span id=\"ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_JobOfferDetails1_lblJobOfferRequiredSkills\" class=\"Title\">Required skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical background and knowledge of offshore and marine products<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in product management<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AutoDesk Inventor<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of DNV ST-0378<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the marine\/offshore market<\/li>\n<li>Very good English and Polish skills (minimum B2 level)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_JobOfferDetails1_PnlJobOfferDescription\" class=\"JobOfferSection Description\"><strong><span id=\"ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_JobOfferDetails1_lblJobOfferDescription\" class=\"Title\">What we offer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment contract or B2B contract<\/li>\n<li>Lots of exciting challenges in an international environment<\/li>\n<li>Multisport card, life insurance and private health care co-financing<\/li>\n<li>Flexible schedule for starting hours<\/li>\n<li>Participation in various trainings and other forms of raising competences<\/li>\n<li>Gifts for newlyweds and for newborn babies<\/li>\n<li>Fruity Tuesday<\/li>\n<li>No dress-code and friendly atmosphere<\/li>\n<li>Yearly staff meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our hydraulic deck crane portfolio.
