This unit has approximately 92 employees globally, including Electrical designers and energy\/environmental specialists. With more than 20 years of experience, the group is able to provide architects with all the services they need to develop energy-aware projects and design all the technical components inside the building.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"500\">Main focus for this group<\/strong><br data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"503\" \/>Projects related to buildings, industrial facilities and data centers.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"609\">Your key responsibilities are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"1176\">\n<li data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"706\">Design of low and high voltage electrical systems for residential and industrial buildings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"776\">Design of low and high voltage electrical systems for datacenters<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"884\">Sizing of sensitive high voltage systems using dedicated software (Integra Excel or Schneider Electric)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"909\">2D drawing (AutoCAD)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"939\">3D modeling (Revit \u2013 BIM)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1049\">Preparation of principle schematics (AutoCAD) for high voltage, low voltage, safety and emergency systems<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1107\">Preparation of multipolar electrical panel schematics<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1176\">Lighting calculations using dedicated software (Relux CAD-Revit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1196\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1214\">Must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1925\">\n<li data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1250\">Minimum 7 years of experience<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1352\">Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in electrical engineering or vocational training in electrical design<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1408\">Experience in datacenters and industrial facilities<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1500\">Understanding of technical concepts such as redundancy, control, and system integration<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1577\">Knowledge of Swiss and European standards in electrical systems (SIA-EN)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1639\">Familiarity with CDE management (Common Data Environment)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1681\">Coordinating work of junior designers<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1723\">Deep understanding of the BIM process<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1768\">Independent and structured working style<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1818\">Flexibility to deal with challenging projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1888\">Ability to collaborate across disciplines and coordinate projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1925\">Languages: German C1, English B2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"1944\">Good to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"2345\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1975\">8\u201312 years of experience<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2004\">Proficiency in Revit MEP<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2063\">Generating BoQs from Revit for bids and cost estimates<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2217\">Technical leadership: Evaluation of candidates with potential to lead small teams, which may be useful in the future for coordinating junior modelers<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2245\">Italian language skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2345\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Remote work capability (you need to be able to operate autonomously in a distributed environment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You will be joining the HVAC team located in Bellinzona, Z\u00fcrich and Lausanne belonging to the Building Services &amp; Environment Business Unit.
