You\u2019ll develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and position Sarens as the trusted partner for heavy lifting and engineered transport. Working closely with the Country Manager and functional teams, you\u2019ll identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting KPIs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Join the force behind #NOTHING TOO HEAVY, NOTHING TOO HIGH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your job in a nutshell:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Identify market opportunities and convert leads into contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting line:<\/strong>\u00a0You\u2019ll report to the Country Manager and work closely with the Key Account Management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\">You\u2019re a strong communicator with a strategic mindset and proven ability to deliver results.
