Thor offshore wind farm will be built 22 kilometres off the coast of Thorsminde on the west coast of Jutland with a capacity of more than 1 GW. 72 units of Siemens Gamesa\u2019s flagship SG 14-236 DD offshore wind turbines are planned to be installed. Once fully operational in 2027, Thor will produce green electricity to more than 1 million Danish households.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be the team administrator, and your main responsibility is to support a smooth and safe operation of Thor wind farm. Your administrative tasks will incl. a high level of planning and coordinating assignments including local stakeholder management.<\/p>\n<p>You will be a part of the operations team with close collaboration with especially the warehouse coordinator and the wider operations team. Your working location will be in Thorsminde.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Supporting the &#8220;Zero Incident Policy&#8221; and compliance with the specifications regarding occupational health, safety and environmental protection.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting operations team with day-to-day business, e.g. coordination of trainings,<\/li>\n<li>Scheduled and undscheduled maintenance for the O&amp;M building and accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Procurement of office furnishings and equipment as well as coordination of IT topic.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and coordinating special projects around team management processes, e.g. booking accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Permanent optimisation of all administrative processes.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying, conceptualising and implementing synergies between existing offshore wind farms within the fleet.<\/li>\n<li>Handling of PR\u2019s and invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Build up a network of local stakeholders. E.g. Cleaning company, municipality and craftsmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job requirements and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>+5 years of relevant work experience in a team administration position.
