E2M is looking for an experienced\u00a0<strong>HR Generalist<\/strong>\u00a0to provide hands-on HR support, guide managers, and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and business performance. You\u2019ll manage all phases of the employee life cycle: from hiring and training to employee relations and policy administration, while leading recruitment to bring top talent into our organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR General Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage employee relations matters and involve HRD as needed to ensure fair resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding to support employee engagement and smooth transitions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on HR processes and programs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and administer internal training programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Talent Acquisition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and select top talent with a diversity and inclusion focus.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct proactive research and utilize multiple sourcing channels\u2014social media, networking, associations, and events\u2014to attract active and passive candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Review r\u00e9sum\u00e9s, screen candidates, communicate role details, present qualified talent, and manage the full recruiting process and candidate experience using Workday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage core HR administrative tasks including payroll, work declarations, sickness leave processing, policy support, and maintaining accurate employee data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience and at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Business fluent in English and fluent in Dutch<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Dutch labor law is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a global matrix organization or international company preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why join E2M?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To make a real difference every day, shaping our culture, supporting our people, and directly influencing business success<\/li>\n<li>Freedom to take ownership, innovate, and lead improvements<\/li>\n<li>Modern working environment with a collaborative team culture and short communication lines<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for growth in responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Access to courses and personal development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits<\/li>\n<li>An international working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready to make a\u00a0direct impact\u00a0on shaping a thriving workplace?
