You will lead the execution of this strategy, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and company goals related to operational efficiency, product quality, cost optimization, and service excellence. A critical part of your role is to ensure the right level of stock to service our customers on time and in full. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies is required, while also overseeing, guiding, and evaluating the performance of middle management. You also act as the site manager for other functions, supporting them locally to achieve their goals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planning and Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage planning based on the Market Rate of Demand (MRD) framework to maintain optimal inventory levels.<\/li>\n<li>Support the team in ensuring the availability of raw materials, packaging, and components to support uninterrupted production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Production Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Site roadmap and facility management. Responsible for defining required investments to align with business strategy and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage production scheduling efficiently to ensure service while minimizing downtime<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives using ITW Toolbox methodologies (e.g., 80\/20, Inlining). Monitor and enhance productivity and process efficiency through KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warehouse Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize warehouse space and logistics resources using the 80\/20 approach.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain inventory accuracy and assign workforce based on production and sales demand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure efficient order processing and delivery to meet customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and the sales team regarding orders, deliveries, and issue resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership and Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Site Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Local relay for onsite colleagues or remote ones helping them achieve their goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A technical oriented bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5+ years\u2019 experience with proven track records of operational leadership and production planning<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in Dutch and English<\/li>\n<li>Other European languages (like French or Spanish) are an asset (nice to have)<\/li>\n<li>Solid computer skills, including Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cSafety first\u201d attitude and strong work ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Strong entrepreneurial mind, self-motivated, takes initiative and has customer mindset<\/li>\n<li>Strong process mindset, works in a structured and goal-oriented way, able to prioritize conflicting priorities<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven analytical skills with project management methodology<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully at all levels within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to challenge status quo, drive for excellence and implement change successfully in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Must exhibit high energy, flexibility and results oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract type\/offer: permanent<\/li>\n<li>Starting date: asap<\/li>\n<li>Length of contract: full time<\/li>\n<li>Compensation Package: based on profiles and experiences<\/li>\n<li>Others: professional travels 10%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As Operations Site Manager, you will define and drive the strategic direction of the plant in alignment with overall business objectives.
