Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Job Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works with the sales and commercial teams to provide mechanical technical inputs for quotation.<\/li>\n<li>Receives dimensional reports following inspection of mechanical items and produces an engineering disposition, workscope and customer report.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in troubleshooting customer technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to other internal teams with technical knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Works independently, receives minimal guidance<\/li>\n<li>Solves complex technical problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information<\/li>\n<li>Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors<\/li>\n<li>Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams<\/li>\n<li>Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH&#8217;s HSSE governing policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma \/ GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Ability to evidence strong technical knowledge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced professional with demonstratable understanding of their current area of specialization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communications.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish relationships with internal and external subject matter experts on multiple cross-career area teams for small to medium-sized projects.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At HMH we value our employees.
