By combining operational knowledge of mooring equipment, anchor handling, and industry failure modes with subsea engineering expertise, we create a company unmatched within the mooring niche. This approach mitigates risks in delivery, installation, and operations across the lifecycle, reducing mooring lifecycle costs and safeguarding major operations that protect start-up schedules when mooring and mooring intervention are on the project or production critical path.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial opportunities related to mooring services and infrastructure. This role focuses on revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of mooring-related services within maritime industry including all floating assets, ports and associated facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with an understanding of marine operations, customer needs, and regulatory considerations within the maritime sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1397\">Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1431\">Business Development &amp; Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1884\">\n<li data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1600\">Identify and pursue new business opportunities for mooring services, including mobile offshore units, permanent moorings, long-term leases, and special-use moorings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1710\">Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1810\">Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and tender responses for mooring-related projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1884\">Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets for the mooring\u2019s portfolio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1886\" data-end=\"1921\">Client &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"2278\">\n<li data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"2040\">Build and maintain strong relationships with boat owners, fleet operators, port authorities, and government bodies<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2165\">Act as the primary point of contact for key mooring clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2278\">Coordinate with internal operations, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure client requirements are met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2301\">Market &amp; Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2607\">\n<li data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2450\">Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the moorings and marine infrastructure market<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2532\">Contribute to the development and execution of the moorings business strategy<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2607\">Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related marine services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2639\">Reporting &amp; Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2837\">\n<li data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2739\">Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for senior management<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2837\">Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of all business development activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2839\" data-end=\"2851\">Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"3194\">\n<li data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2946\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, or a related field<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"3024\">3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3025\" data-end=\"3109\">Experience in the marine, maritime, or infrastructure sector is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3110\" data-end=\"3194\">Knowledge of mooring systems, mooring design, or marine services is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Intermoor, Acteon\u2019s Moorings and Anchors business line, provides project and operational management expertise to customers across the mooring lifecycle.
