Our work connects next-generation technology to today\u2019s grid, enabling clients to succeed in an increasingly electrified world.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"798\"><strong>Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"849\">Senior Project Manager \u2013 Grid<\/strong> to lead medium to large-scale grid and substation projects across the EMEA region. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate third-party contractors, oversee all project phases, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven leadership in grid or substation projects and a strong understanding of technical, commercial, and operational aspects of complex energy projects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1351\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1820\">\n<li data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1441\">Manage risks related to cost, schedule, and quality across the full project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1535\">Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and client expectations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1641\">Oversee day-to-day project execution, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1712\">Coordinate technical requirements for grid and substation projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1820\">Support business development by obtaining new or repeat business and assisting in contract negotiations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1864\"><strong>Management Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"2095\">\n<li data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1929\">Lead project teams comprising multi-discipline professionals<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2017\">Coordinate activities of all third-party companies contributing to project delivery<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2095\">Provide direction, mentorship, and performance oversight for team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2134\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2517\">\n<li data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2181\">Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2275\">Significant experience managing grid and\/or substation projects in the UK and EMEA region<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2338\">Proven track record leading multi-discipline project teams<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2408\">Experienced in coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2409\" data-end=\"2517\">Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding (background checks, drug screening, motor vehicle records)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2558\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2750\">\n<li data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2614\">PMP (Project Management Professional) certification<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2669\">Experience in engineering consultancy environments<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2750\">Exposure to data centre design, EV charging infrastructure, or BESS projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2757\" data-end=\"2802\"><strong>Work Environment \/ Physical Demands<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"3171\">\n<li data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2851\">Typical office and construction environments<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2970\">Possible exposure to extreme weather, high noise, electrical hazards, scaffolding, chemicals, and poor ventilation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"3171\">Physical requirements may include sitting, walking, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, lifting\/carrying up to 40 lbs, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Black &amp;
