Main field of technical design: deck arrangement and steel structure, lifting operations, marine operations, 3D model verifications.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing, following up and review if externally sourced technical design scope of work large technical design scope or work. Main field of outsourced design: steel constructions, marine operations, new equipment design.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting offshore operations and supporting the vessel organization in execution of the work<\/li>\n<li>Supporting lead engineers and the head of department in defining the technical design scope of work for specific projects and tasks<\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop our CAD software set-up and methods as well as acting as Technical Authority in CAD competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the highest standard of sustainability and environmental considerations in the execution of the work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">To succeed in this role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Your environmental\u00a0considerations and the safety of our people and the planet will be a key priority in your daily work.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, who thrives in problem-solving and has a structured way of working.<\/p>\n<p>We think you will be a good match if you have:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>A proven academic level of achievement (bachelor\u2019s degree or higher)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years industry-related drawing office experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience including offshore construction operations design \/ offshore wind construction is preferred<\/li>\n<li>A high level of knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD packages and associated tools<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>A high professional level of English, written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What will you do?
