You will develop procurement strategies for scopes mapped in the Project Procurement Plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your main tasks include:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing project procurement plans in close collaboration with Project teams in both WTG and Foundation T&amp;I projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating the deployment and execution of tenders and\/or commercial strategies for recurrent or key categories within the Projects scope in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Executing, supporting and leading commercial negotiations for project required sourcing scopes as aligned and established within the Project Team and as per the project procurement plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyzing and mapping risks related to leading and delivery project times and mapping critical sourcing activities accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and deploying structure, process requirements, and sourcing templates and other relevant quotation documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting Project team in multi-criteria assessment analysis with the commercial and logistics criteria assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring that Purchase Orders are issued in compliance with Project schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigating opportunities to consolidate equipment \/ material requirements and seek opportunities for standardization for future demands or projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing and resolving contractual issues with subcontractors in collaboration with relevant project managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support tendering activities and sales team with market intelligence and bids preparations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To succeed in this role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Or Msc. degree in relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years work experience in Project Procurement within a relevant industry such as construction, marine, offshore wind or oil &amp; gas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in stakeholder management with a flair for building strong networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior professional experience with negotiation in contexts such as contract management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility to international business travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As our new Project Procurement Manager, you will be an extended part of the project team and support with scoping procurement services for the project.
