The role offers excellent prospects for career development and the opportunity to be involved in different and challenging range of design projects.\u00a0As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in our Building Services Engineering team, contributing to multidisciplinary projects.\u00a0You\u2019ll provide guidance to graduates and oversee the work and development of apprentices involved in your projects. Based in our Amsterdam office, you\u2019ll be part of a team of over 20 mechanical engineers and technicians.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Arup, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and delivery of mechanical services (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, drainage, water supply, firefighting, renewable energy systems and controls) and manage key interfaces in multidisciplinary projects and teams.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with clients to assist in setting the design ambitions and with project stakeholders to develop the design and the coordination of the mechanical requirements and their impact on the project.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in site visits, client meetings, design reviews and project workshops, gaining valuable industry exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate closely with our international offices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Does this role inspire you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for a Dynamic and Proactive candidate that has a great interest in teamwork and in developing their career in the MEP field.
