You\u2019ll be part of\u00a0\u200bthe GER Hub QHSE team\u200b\u00a0where you, together with your colleagues, will\u00a0\u200bwork on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off offshore rotation, collaborating closely with operational teams on our service operation vessels and across six German offshore wind farms.\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0driving our QHSE culture, supporting legal compliance, and ensuring continuous improvement in safety and quality practices.\u200b<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You\u2019ll\u00a0play\u00a0an important role\u00a0in:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • \u200b\u200bpromoting and maintaining site QHSE culture by implementing and upholding relevant processes, procedures, and instructions, including the \u00d8rsted management system\u200b<\/li>\n
  • \u200b\u200bleading the update and follow-up of incident reporting tools, supporting local stakeholders and performing first-line quality checks on cases\u200b<\/li>\n
  • conducting investigations and root cause analyses for incidents, document findings, and ensure effective feedback to technicians and stakeholders\u200b<\/li>\n
  • supporting legal compliance with German HSE requirements and contribute to the execution of quality tasks, such as inspections and audits, in line with the QHSE organization\u2019s activity plan<\/li>\n
  • preparing and participating in drills and emergency response exercises in collaboration with operational managers and teams\u200b<\/li>\n
  • \u200b\u200bengaging in toolbox talks, back-to-work briefings, end-of-shift meetings, and cross-site QHSE meetings, ensuring knowledge sharing and lessons learned\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    To succeed in the role, you:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    • demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to present subject-matter topics in a clear, professional, and accessible manner\u200b<\/li>\n
    • \u200b\u200bhave experience in QHSE functions within offshore wind, oil & gas, or comparable industries, ideally with exposure to German HSE regulations.\u200b<\/li>\n
    • have strong understanding of German QHSE legal frameworks, management systems and incident investigation methodologies\u200b<\/li>\n
    • are fluent in both German and English, orally and in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
