Job-sharing offers the opportunity to share responsibility and to be successful together, If you are interested in this role in form of Job-sharing we would be delighted to receive your application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Director Energy Assets Value Management (f\/m\/d), you will play a pivotal role in defining strategies that maximize the lifecycle value of our energy assets (all technologies except nuclear) and lead the transformation toward sustainable solutions. The main planned responsibilities are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape Asset Strategy: Define and implement optimal strategies to maximize economic value and ensure strong cash flow, delivering top-tier performance in the energy industry<\/li>\n<li>Unlock Commercial Potential: Partner with commercial teams to realize short- and mid-term market opportunities while ensuring reliable, efficient operations<\/li>\n<li>Drive Technical Innovation: Identify and coordinate technical improvements that enhance asset capabilities and meet evolving customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Lead Investment Decisions: Develop attractive investment options\u2014such as upgrades, lifetime extensions, and decarbonization projects\u2014through to financial approval<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Improvement Programs: Manage technical asset improvement initiatives to boost overall performance and competitiveness<\/li>\n<li>Champion Sustainability: Define and implement decarbonization and sustainability plans in close collaboration with operational units, supporting Uniper\u2019s carbon-neutral ambition<\/li>\n<li>Optimize Performance: Ensure effective performance management and business planning through continuous improvement and operational excellence<\/li>\n<li>Empower People: Coordinate delivery of the Energy Asset People Strategy, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture in partnership with HR<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen Governance: Maintain and enhance governance models to ensure compliance across diverse technologies and regulatory frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Manage Permitting &amp; Grid Services: Oversee permitting processes for existing and new assets and identify opportunities for innovative grid services that add portfolio value<\/li>\n<li>Define Operating Models: Establish optimal operating models and implement tools to maximize value for new and existing assets<\/li>\n<li>Guide New Builds: Define owner specifications for new assets and collaborate with growth teams during early development phases<\/li>\n<li>Develop Talent: Build and mentor a diverse, capable team to ensure future readiness and continuous growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety role model: Leads by example, prioritizing the highest standards of safety for people, the environment, and operations<\/li>\n<li>Inspirational Leadership: Brings passion for guiding teams, embraces Uniper\u2019s values, and drives continuous improvement and business excellence<\/li>\n<li>Inclusive Relationship Builder: Fosters trust and strong partnerships in a multicultural, diverse, and respectful workplace<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Expertise: Possesses deep knowledge of European energy market trends, combined with commercial and financial acumen, and a curiosity to seek innovative ways to create value<\/li>\n<li>Proven Experience: Demonstrates success in energy asset management, strategic and techno-economic knowledge, and leading change programs across multiple sites and countries<\/li>\n<li>Visionary Communicator: Articulates bold directions that inspire teams and deliver outstanding results, focusing on priorities with agility and quality<\/li>\n<li>Innovative Mindset: Thinks differently, striving to achieve more with fewer resources while maintaining excellence<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility &amp; Mobility: Regular travel across Europe is part of the role<\/li>\n<li>Assessment Requirement: Completion of the Uniper Assessment Center is mandatory for this executive position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Uniper Energy Assets Team is looking for You!
