The role plays a\u00a0key part in\u00a0translating legal and regulatory obligations into practical, auditable security governance for a\u00a0large-scale offshore wind project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>remote + visits in\u00a0Warsaw office (2-3 per month)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>B2B contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring alignment of IT and OT\u00a0cybersecurity governance, including defined roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths<\/li>\n<li>Defining security interfaces and responsibility boundaries between asset owners\/operators, the TSO, external stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and system integrators<\/li>\n<li>Translating regulatory and legal requirements into practical, auditable cybersecurity governance documentation<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring traceability between legal and regulatory requirements, security policies, and implemented controls<\/li>\n<li>Supporting vendor contracting processes related to\u00a0Service Agreements in\u00a0the areas of Cyber Security, IT, and OT<\/li>\n<li>Working independently and interfacing with legal, IT, OT, and operational stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Security \u2013 Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, structuring, and crafting of cyber security policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Development of policies and procedures for the Corporate IT environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting Baltic Power with the formalization and implementation of cyber security governance documentation<\/li>\n<li>Developing policies and procedures that are aligned with European Union Directives and standards, as\u00a0well as\u00a0Polish regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience delivering cyber security policies and procedures in\u00a0regulated environments<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with NIS2 and European critical infrastructure regulation<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Polish cyber security legislation and regulatory expectations<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of IT and OT\u00a0cyber security, including industrial control systems (ICS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We\u00a0kindly inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be\u00a0contacted.
