Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organising and maintaining the executive\u2019s diary to include screening enquiries and requests for meetings,<\/li>\n<li>arranging travel and accommodation,<\/li>\n<li>managing related expenses for the executives,<\/li>\n<li>dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the executive,<\/li>\n<li>meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority,<\/li>\n<li>assisting the manager in preparing for meetings,<\/li>\n<li>assisting in the organisation of team events, offsites, workshops and\/or conferences.<\/li>\n<li>liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff<\/li>\n<li>processing purchase orders and invoices in SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to supporting managers, their team and departments, you will also have your own personal workload and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to relevant experience and secretarial and administrative knowledge, you&#8217;ll need to show evidence of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>excellent written and oral communication skills,<\/li>\n<li>excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages,<\/li>\n<li>the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines,<\/li>\n<li>excellent organisational and time management skills,<\/li>\n<li>the ability to and present material clearly and concisely,<\/li>\n<li>excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in hybrid \/ geographically disperse teams<\/li>\n<li>the ability to work on your own initiative,<\/li>\n<li>attention to detail,<\/li>\n<li>flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks, and<\/li>\n<li>discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues<\/li>\n<li>experience working with MS Office and SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We aim to make your time with us as rewarding as possible by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
