{"id":11742,"date":"2026-02-27T00:30:23","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T10:01:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=11742"},"modified":"2026-04-03T09:42:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-03T07:42:48","slug":"rwe-senior-legal-counsel-transactions-d-f-m-london-wielka-brytania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/rwe-senior-legal-counsel-transactions-d-f-m-london-wielka-brytania\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Legal Counsel Transactions d\/f\/m"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Functional area:<\/strong>\u00a0Legal \/ Compliance<\/p>\n<p>Take the chance, become a Senior Legal Counsel for Corporate &amp; Transactions Law and grow together with us in an international environment.\u00a0Provide legal support for project finance, joint venture and M&amp;A transactions as well as for corporate law matters with a focus on Offshore Wind projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are one of the key legal advisors for transactions related to international Offshore Wind projects (with a focus on project finance but also joint ventures and M&amp;A) as well as for the management of corporate matters<\/li>\n<li>Advise and support the business in the drafting and negotiation of the related transaction documentation<\/li>\n<li>Work across the international business of RWE Offshore Wind, alongside other members of the RWE Offshore Wind international Legal Team and engage with other business functions to deliver a holistic and streamlined service to the business of RWE Offshore Wind<\/li>\n<li>Manage organizational and coordination tasks, incl. process optimization, with a very high degree of complexity with independent professional decision-making skills, especially in the areas of project finance, asset\/share acquisitions, due diligence, JV services and management<\/li>\n<li>Advise the business on day-to-day matters, including financing matters, operation of joint venture partnerships and post-acquisition integration<\/li>\n<li>If needed, the coordination of external legal advice is also part of your job<\/li>\n<li>Provide support, including liaising with external counsel, in related dispute resolution situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job requirements and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified as solicitor (or a similar common law jurisdiction and registered as a foreign lawyer), or qualified as lawyer in one of the other possible locations<\/li>\n<li>Several years of relevant working experience in project finance, joint ventures and M&amp;A transactions as well as corporate law in an international law firm or company, with a focus on renewables (and ideally Offshore Wind) matters<\/li>\n<li>You feel comfortable with handling multiple tasks, taking on new responsibilities and setting task priorities in a deadline-intensive environment<\/li>\n<li>Good commercial, technical and strategic understanding and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>You have a solution-oriented mindset which allows you to find the right legal and business solutions also in complex scenarios<\/li>\n<li>We can trust your customer orientation, paired with established negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>A high level of engagement and flexibility is self-evident for you.
