{"id":11800,"date":"2026-03-03T00:31:53","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T10:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=11800"},"modified":"2026-04-10T08:17:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T06:17:00","slug":"dof-subsea-subsea-field-engineer-offshore-aberdeen-wielka-brytania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/dof-subsea-subsea-field-engineer-offshore-aberdeen-wielka-brytania\/","title":{"rendered":"Subsea Field Engineer &#8211; Offshore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DOF Subsea Atlantic is seeking two Subsea Field Engineers to join one of our CSVs to support the delivery of subsea projects.\u00a0 The Field Engineer will be based on the vessel full time on a rota of up to 6 weeks on \/ off.\u00a0 This role will suit someone with a strong background in the preparation and delivery of offshore subsea construction, decommissioning or IRM projects.\u00a0 We are looking for a candidate with a flexible mindset that can use their experience to support the project team before and during execution offshore.\u00a0 The role will also require integration into the Offshore Management Team (OMT) so that they can work on improving efficiencies linked to project delivery and build a strong relationship so that they can act as the bridge between the OMT and the onshore project teams.\u00a0 This role is linked to a vessel which works primarily in the Atlantic region (North Sea) but there may be opportunities to support other regions as well. This is an offshore role primarily but may include occasional office visits to support constructability reviews, risk assessments or other project related meetings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a strong understanding of vessel capabilities and limitations<\/li>\n<li>Develop \/ improve processes and manuals to support project delivery<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate requests for information from onshore teams to the relevant department on the CSV<\/li>\n<li>Attend constructability reviews \/ HIRA \/ HAZOP<\/li>\n<li>Support mobilisations and demobilisations<\/li>\n<li>Support offshore project execution (task plan preparation, equipment readiness)<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad hoc engineering checks during change management<\/li>\n<li>Champion QHSE on board the vessel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who we are<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With a multi-national workforce of about 5,900 personnel, DOF Group ASA is an international group of companies which owns and operates a fleet of modern offshore\/subsea vessels, and engineering capacity to service both the offshore and subsea market. The Company&#8217;s main operation centres and business units are located in Norway, the UK, the USA, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Angola, and Australia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong track record of procedure writing and procedure checking for delivery of subsea projects<\/li>\n<li>Offshore experience on CSV\/DSV as a project engineer or field engineer<\/li>\n<li>Mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore construction vessels<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering or relevant field (experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Management of subcontracts and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Experience in site management of fabrication subcontractors and Site Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing of equipment and tooling packages for the oil and gas industry<\/li>\n<li>Management of QA\/QC principles<\/li>\n<li>Detailed understanding of relevant codes and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of project management tools and techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary and benefits will discussed during recruitment process.
