Odpowiada za zarz\u0105dzanie zespo\u0142em QA\/QC, prowadzenie audyt\u00f3w i inspekcji oraz dbanie o ci\u0105g\u0142e doskonalenie proces\u00f3w jako\u015bciowych w projekcie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Lokalizacja:<\/strong> Antwerpia (praca na rotacji)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Opis stanowiska<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"657\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"2008\">\n<li data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"823\">Develop, implement, and maintain the project QA\/QC plan, procedures, and inspection\/test plans (ITPs) in line with refinery standards and client requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"918\">Lead and manage the QA\/QC team, including engineers, inspectors, and document controllers.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1042\">Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ISO, ASME, API, ASTM) and client-specific QA\/QC requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1171\">Review and approve material certificates, test reports, welding procedures, inspection reports, and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1311\">Conduct and oversee site inspections, audits, and monitoring to ensure quality standards are met during construction and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1429\">Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAR\/PAR).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1558\">Coordinate vendor audits, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and pre-shipment inspections for critical materials and equipment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1651\">Monitor QA\/QC performance metrics and provide regular reports to management and clients.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1771\">Ensure handover documentation and quality records are complete, accurate, and compliant for final project delivery.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1903\">Provide guidance and training to the project team on quality processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2008\">Support HSE and safety audits by ensuring that quality procedures also comply with safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2041\">Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2603\">\n<li data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2141\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Process Engineering or related field.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2310\">Minimum 10\u201315 years\u2019 experience in QA\/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2397\">Strong knowledge of refinery QA\/QC codes, standards, and inspection methodologies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2486\">Proficiency in QA\/QC documentation, inspection software, ERP systems, and MS Office.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2487\" data-end=\"2603\">Experience in welding inspection, NDT, P&amp;ID verification, and commissioning quality control is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2634\">Key Competencies &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"3100\">\n<li data-start=\"2638\"
