You are part of the communication and marketing team and manage the full external communication flow \u2014 from social media and employer branding to press releases.In addition, you play a key role in co\u2011creating and managing a clear internal communication policy. You help the group take the next step in its communication strategy and tools within a context of strong growth. In doing so, you take into account the added complexity of international branches and sites, diverse languages, and varied target groups.Content creation and execution<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Writing press releases, news updates, and articles for both internal and external communication.<\/li>\n<li>Creating presentations for internal and external use.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, publishing, and monitoring content across various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the communication calendar and aligning with departments and ongoing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Translating complex or technical information into accessible, engaging communication.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring a recognizable, positive communication style that reflects the company culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strategy and advisory<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co\u2011creating an internal communication strategy aligned with company objectives and culture.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a central link between marketing, HR, and our external partner to analyse and optimize employer branding efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Translating the company strategy and key messages into clear, motivating communication tailored to different audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of (internal) communication through concrete indicators (reach, satisfaction, engagement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Management and optimization fo communcation tools<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing and optimizing communication tools.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing channel reach and usage, and initiating improvement actions to increase impact.<\/li>\n<li>Safeguarding consistency, quality, and user-friendliness across all communication tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"s-structure-layout-213\">\n<div class=\"block-214\">\n<p class=\"smC24563SmSn1p3T149i38-style\"><strong>Your magic skills\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-215\">\n<div class=\"s-text smC24563SmSn1p3T149i39-style\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in communication, journalism, business administration, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>Several years of experience in internal communication, preferably within a larger or complex organizational context.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic insight with the ability to translate plans into practical execution.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to realize long\u2011term plans step by step within day\u2011to\u2011day operations.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of organizational culture and stakeholder dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, \u2026), Mailchimp, Google Analytics or Matomo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"scomp76\" class=\"s-comp27\">\n<div class=\"s-comp-grid\">\n<div class=\"block-220\">\n<div class=\"s-content smC24563SmSn1p3T153-style\">\n<div class=\"s-structure-layout-220\">\n<p class=\"smC24563SmSn1p3T155-style\"><strong>That deserves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"s-text smC24563SmSn1p3T156-style\">At Smulders, you contribute to impressive projects in the offshore wind industry and civil sector.
