Commercial Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"190\" data-end=\"908\">\n<li data-start=\"190\" data-end=\"292\">Ownership and accountability for the financial performance of the assigned Region and\/or Function.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"383\">Preparation, review and presentation of divisional financials and management accounts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"509\">Driving predictable financial performance \u2013 not just reporting results, but actively supporting business decision-making.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"617\">Development and reporting of commercial and operational KPIs, including SLT and business-specific KPIs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"707\">Supporting annual budget setting, rolling forecasts, and 3\u20135 year strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"813\">Supporting with the completion of year-end processes including accounts preparation and annual audit.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"908\">Ensuring strong financial compliance, governance and internal controls across Group sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"941\">FP&amp;A &amp; Value Add Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key FP&amp;A responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1456\">\n<li data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1045\">Ownership of the S&amp;OP process and Orders Dashboard reporting.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1099\">Operating Estimate and Revenue Tracker ownership.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1140\">Product &amp; Services Pricing analysis.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1235\">Tender commercial support including margin analysis, P&amp;L reviews and Salesforce approvals.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1298\">Investment Committee financials and business case support.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1392\">Analytics and value-add services (margin analysis, scenario modelling, decision support).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1456\">Ad-hoc financial analysis and business support as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1506\">Continuous Improvement &amp;
