In this role, you will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, assist various departments, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams. Your role will be essential in maintaining a productive and positive workplace environment.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/b><br \/>\n<b><strong>Office &amp; Administration<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\" data-depth=\"1\">\n<li>Oversee daily office operations, including utilities, cleaning, maintenance, and shared spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Manage correspondence (emails, calls, mail, parcels) and maintain office records.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate meeting room bookings, calendars, and office-related events.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of ISO certifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>Employee &amp; Visitor Support<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\" data-depth=\"1\">\n<li>Assist with onboarding: prepare workstations, explain office procedures, support equipment shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Act as main point of contact for staff and external vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance).<\/li>\n<li>Support travel and lodging arrangements for visiting colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>Financial &amp; Procurement Support<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\" data-depth=\"1\">\n<li>Process office-related invoices and collate and process monthly employee expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office budget and costs for events and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Order supplies\/equipment and track inventory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>Facilities &amp; Safety<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\" data-depth=\"1\">\n<li>Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Support Health &amp; Safety compliance, maintain emergency plans, organize drills, and manage safety equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee office access (keys, badges) and desk\/space allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper use of meeting rooms, hot desks, and office systems (printers, comms tools).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>Events<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\" data-depth=\"1\">\n<li>Plan and manage logistics for conferences, office gatherings, meetings, and internal social events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\" data-depth=\"1\">\n<li>Enrolment in the \u201cCategorie Protette\u201d (L.68\/99) list is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in an administrative or office support role<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and within a team.<\/li>\n<li>Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\" data-depth=\"1\">\n<li><b><strong>Daily food vouchers:<\/strong><\/b> for days worked in person in the premises.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Training Support:<\/strong><\/b> We offer financial assistance for your training and development, based on company discretion.
