data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1111\">Administering all UK benefit schemes (including SAYE, Medical, PHI, Corporate Gym, Childcare and Cycle to Work)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1216\">Overseeing the Payroll Officer and Payroll Administrator, who are responsible for payroll processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1221\" \/>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Payroll Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"2218\">\n<li data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1449\">Checking three UK payrolls:\n<ul data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1449\">\n<li data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1341\">650 employees (H Clarkson &amp; Co Ltd)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1386\">250 employees (Clarkson Port Services)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1449\">30 employees (Clarksons Offshore and Renewables Limited)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1531\">Reviewing payroll completed by the team using the ResourceLink payroll system<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1623\">Working with HR colleagues to ensure all payroll approvals are completed satisfactorily<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1857\">Checking international payrolls:\n<ul data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1857\">\n<li data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1689\">Denmark (20 employees)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1716\">Sweden (3 employees)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1744\">Geneva (41 employees)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1777\">Netherlands (17 employees)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1804\">Spain (15 employees)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1831\">Taiwan (2 employees)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1857\">Italy (2 employees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1918\">Managing year-end processes for all UK payrolls in March<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"2005\">Collating and managing P11D\/Payrolling Benefits information for submission in June<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2068\">Testing system upgrades in both TEST and LIVE environments<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2151\">Coordinating tasks received via the payroll mailbox and allocating to the team<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2218\">Processing a supplementary payroll in April for share vestings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2301\">\n<li data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2301\">Reporting weekly to the HR Director and HR Divisional Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefit Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2492\">\n<li data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2410\">Managing administration and supporting the renewal of the benefits portal (Benifex)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2411\" data-end=\"2492\">Monitoring insurance costs and invoices, and providing breakdowns to Accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DC Pension Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2721\">\n<li data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2586\">Monitoring monthly contribution files to ensure deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2721\">Ensuring full compliance with Auto-enrolment legislation, including:\n<ul data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2721\">\n<li data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2696\">Member enrolment notifications<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2699\" data-end=\"2721\">Opt-out
