We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent \u2013 want to join the ride?<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a<strong> Field Service Resource Manager<\/strong> to lead the planning and deployment of field service resources. This role combines strong leadership with solid technical understanding of field operations to ensure optimal utilisation, on-time delivery, outstanding customer satisfaction, and uncompromising safety.<\/p>\n<p>This position is ideal for a people-oriented leader who enjoys managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and brings technical knowledge gained through field or field service experience to support effective operational decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The location for this position is in <strong>Gda\u0144sk, Poland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"908\"><strong>As a Field Service Resource Manager, you will focus on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"2001\">\n<li data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"1053\">Leading and coordinating the field service resources team with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and competence development<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1164\">Overseeing resources and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of field service projects<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1307\">Developing and implementing resource management policies, processes, and plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1411\">Monitoring and reporting on team performance to ensure business objectives and targets are achieved<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1521\">Collaborating with business units, functions, and regions to forecast resource needs and ensure readiness<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1610\">Applying data-driven insights to optimise workforce planning and resource allocation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1757\">Inspiring, mentoring, and supporting the resource management team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1850\">Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and adherence to established processes and tools<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"2001\">Proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align resource management with organisational objectives and customer expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2023\"><strong>What You\u2019ll Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2598\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2181\">Proven experience in resource management or field service operations; previous experience in Service Delivery within the Marine industry is an advantage<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2232\">Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2277\">Clear and effective communication skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2401\">A consistent safety-first mindset; actively promoting safe behaviors and compliance across all field service activities<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2444\">A goal-oriented, values-driven mindset<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2490\">Strong planning and prioritisation skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2598\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Experience building a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and performance ownership across teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We want to transition the world towards a decarbonised and sustainable future.
