You will:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"1123\">\n<li data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"401\">Lead and manage a Europe-wide HR hub composed of experts across multiple locations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery for approximately 12,000 employees<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"525\">Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"639\">Act as a senior transformation leader, driving the development and scaling of HR Shared Services \/ GBS models<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"819\">Provide direction for the design and continuous improvement of the HR operating model, ensuring alignment with global standards while remaining sensitive to local requirements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"982\">Partner closely with Local HR, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and Centres of Excellence to build a seamless, efficient, and employee-centric HR service experience<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1123\">Represent the Europe PSH in HR leadership forums, contributing to regional priorities, change programs, and broader organizational goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellence &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"2120\">\n<li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1461\">Oversee delivery of end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, master data management, organizational structures, employment documentation, performance management, annual HR cycles, reporting, payroll support, and Time &amp; Attendance<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1615\">Ensure an exceptional employee and manager experience through effective guidance, issue resolution, and operational support across multiple countries<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1769\">Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service analytics to drive high-quality performance, proactively managing escalations and identifying structural improvements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1943\">Lead a strong continuous improvement agenda, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to streamline processes, increase productivity, and eliminate operational friction<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2120\">Ensure compliance with internal policies, local legislation, data security standards, and audit requirements, proactively managing risks and implementing mitigation actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2606\">\n<li data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2335\">Lead and inspire a multicultural, virtual team of HR professionals across several European hubs, ensuring clarity of objectives, performance standards, and development goals<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2447\">Build strong capabilities within the team by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2606\">Empower local hub teams to share insights, country-specific knowledge, and improvement ideas to continuously elevate service delivery and employee support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2608\" data-end=\"2611\" \/>\n<p><strong>You Will Shine in This Role When You Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"3641\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2828\">Approximately 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles within HR Shared Services or Global Business Services environments<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2915\">Demonstrated experience in building, expanding, or transforming HR service centers<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2916\" data-end=\"2995\">Deep knowledge of HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3089\">Proven success in leading virtual, multicultural teams across multiple European locations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3168\">Strong communication, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3282\">Experience working with HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), ServiceNow, or Zendesk<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3283\" data-end=\"3387\">A passion for improving processes, elevating employee experience, and driving operational excellence<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3388\" data-end=\"3516\">A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, propose alternatives, and inspire continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3517\" data-end=\"3641\" data-is-last-node=\"\">A collaborative approach that values transparency, frequent communication, and strong partnerships across all HR functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What You Will Be Doing Strategic Leadership &amp;
